Stor-Mor Portable Buildings and its agents are NOT responsible for permits, setbacks, restrictions, or covenants. Customer is solely responsible to contact local codes department or Homeowners Association before the delivery driver contacts you to schedule delivery. It is up to the customer to decide whether ground conditions are suitable for delivery as well as measuring the opening for delivery. If driver is unable to complete delivery, customer will be charged an attempted delivery fee. Stor-Mor Portable Buildings is not responsible for yard or driveway damage. Free one-time delivery and setup within fifty (50) miles of the sales lot is included with purchase, delivery over fifty (50) miles or additional trips will incur charges to the customer at the rate or $6.00/mile for 8’, 10’, 12’ wide and $9.00/mile for 14’ or wider. Ground Anchors/Tie Downs are not included in the purchase of building. Customer must provide Ground Anchors/Tie Downs or request at delivery scheduling to purchase directly from driver. If customer does not accept delivery of building within 60 days of purchase for any reason, Stor-Mor reserves the right to cancel order and charge restocking fee up to 15% of sale price.

You may return your building for any reason if you notify us within three (3) business days of delivery, in which case we will refund your purchase price less the Restocking Fee. You allow us thirty (30) days after notification to pick up the building.

You may cancel or modify an order with no penalty if you cancel or modify within (i) three (3) business days of placing this order if you ordered a new or custom build, or (ii) within ten (10) business days of placing this order if you ordered an off-lot building, and said building has not been delivered. Otherwise, we may charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price (the “Restocking Fee”) for any other cancelled order. If you elect your order to be a “rush order,” then you will be charged a Restocking Fee if you cancel your order at any time. You agree to accept delivery no later than sixty (60) days after placing this order. If you refuse to timely accept delivery, we may cancel your order and charge you the Restocking Fee.
