Effective: 03/17/2026: These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services provided by County Line Buildings & Hauling (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

County Line Buildings & Hauling is an authorized dealer of Stor-Mor portable buildings and also provides hauling and delivery services.

All buildings are manufactured by third-party suppliers. Specifications, availability, and customization options are subject to change without notice.

All quotes provided are estimates and are subject to change based on:

• Customizations or upgrades

• Delivery location and site conditions

• Manufacturer pricing adjustments

Final pricing will be confirmed prior to order placement.

Orders are not considered confirmed until:

• A deposit or full payment is received

• Order details are reviewed and approved

Payment terms may vary depending on the product, financing, or rent-to-own agreements.

Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in order delays or cancellation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is:

• Accessible for delivery equipment

• Level and properly prepared

• Free of obstructions (fences, low branches, utilities, etc.)

County Line Buildings & Hauling is not responsible for:

• Site damage during delivery due to unsuitable conditions

• Delays caused by weather, terrain, or access limitations

Additional fees may apply if special accommodations are required.

Rent-to-own options are offered through third-party providers. All terms, approvals, and payment agreements are handled directly by those providers.

County Line Buildings & Hauling is not responsible for:

• Approval decisions

• Payment processing

• Contract enforcement under rent-to-own agreements

Due to the custom nature of portable buildings:

• Orders may not be canceled once production has begun

• Deposits may be non-refundable

Any cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Any warranties provided are offered through the manufacturer (Stor-Mor or applicable builder).

County Line Buildings & Hauling does not provide additional warranties beyond those stated by the manufacturer.

County Line Buildings & Hauling is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Delays outside of our control

• Issues arising from manufacturer defects

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
